I had a long term relationship that ended. When it ended my ex committed suicide. This has left me with some self confidence issues not only in my current relationship but also my career. Do you have any guidance or insight?

then you need to do what you feel i sbest to cut psychic ties.. whether that is ritual and ceremony or moving or therapy.
That is a burden unfair to leave on a person. I am sorry .
I think you can make it out.. you are askign for help.. that is important and huge. -

I believe it is the psychic ties that is making me feel un-centered if that makes sense. I just feel like I'm in a daze and I know myself enough to know I'm unbalanced right now or un-centered. It's is quite often I think of him in different ways, mostly of not so nice things which is not healthy for me either. -

Tue, August 18, 2009 - 4:32 PMI also recommend prayer and meditation. This will help you heal internally. I know what you mean about psychic ties too. Even when you want to center yourself, having ability keeps you not quite there in certain scenarios. Be strong and, above all else, take time for yourself and be patient with yourself. You're worth that extra love and care. -

my strengths are mainly in my communication between the living and the passed.
if you feel comfortable in doing so you can post a picture (in my message box) of your ex and i may be able to help.
i suspect there may be a bit of unfinished business going on here. sometimes we need only to hear from an outside source what we already know in our hearts.
you have no reason to feel guilt over this.
i will leave it at that, for now. ((((huggs))) -
